First of all the best quality mustard seeds are purchased from mandi and cleaned properly. Then it is sent to the automated kacchi Ghani where all the process are monitored by skilled labour to obtain the right level of nature pungency in the extracted oil. After this the oil is filtered in three stages to remove all the micro impurities from the oil..the sample of the oil is now sent to the laboratory as per prescribed standards set by company at the end final product is packed in food grade packing materials [tins, jars, bottles and pouches] and approved my HACCAP, ISO.
